Her climb back to the podium after injury should be enough to get you moving this weekend, but if it’s not, below are a few more ideas.


Red Bull Crashed Ice

The national spotlight is on Saint Paul this weekend. The fabulous Red Bull Crashed Ice returns at the Cathedral of Saint Paul. If you have not attended, you need to see this event. Men and women compete from around the world.


Championship race is Saturday, January 24.

Insiders Tips:

If you know your way around Crocus Hill, skip the shuttle and park in the neighborhood. Enjoy the architecture and beautiful walk to race site.

The Cathedral opens its’ doors to allow spectators to warm up.

Want the experience but could care less about who wins the title? Check it out on Friday for the finals instead, less crowds – same jaw dropping event.


Resolve to be Tough

After viewing the inspiring athletes at Red Bull, go home and map out your year of tough mudder races. Check one out in a different state!
